This all-inclusive resort is set on 26 acres of manicured grounds and bordered by a quarter-mile stretch of white-sand beach, located approximately 11 miles from Freeport International Airport. It is also four miles from Port Lucaya Marketplace and Marina and eight miles from the International Bazaar and Princess Casino. Resort amenities include equipment and instruction for a variety of watersports including kayaking, snorkeling, wind surfing, and sailing. A dive center on the premises offers scuba lessons for all levels and certification. The resort also features an oceanfront swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, gym, and sauna. Organized activities include beach games, water aerobics, and dance classes. The Viva Kid's Club staff provides educational games, sports, and entertainment for young guests. Babysitting and laundry services are also available. The all-inclusive rate includes all meals and 24-hour snacks, unlimited alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages (including international brands, cocktails, and wine), daily activities, welcome cocktail, special low fat food corner, and teatime.
